The great folks at RescuedMe are holding a fundraising event on April 27, 2012, from 6pm-10pm called, “Who Doggone Done it?” The totally 80’s murder mystery dinner theater will be held at All American Pub, 200 East Bland Street in Charlotte, North Carolina, with proceeds benefiting RescuedMe dog rescue. This organization rescues dogs who have lost their home due to their owners inability to care for them or dogs in danger of being euthanized. They hold events throughout the year, raising money for their cause, to vaccinate their dogs, spay/neuter them and provide them with veterinary care as needed. Are you considering adopting or fostering a dog to see what it is like to own a dog? If you are not interested or unable to foster a dog, volunteer at the center to help care for the animals, donate dog beds, crates or leashes. Another way to contribute is to buy coffee from www.monksgroovybeans.com that will get a donation with every order.
RescuedMe is supported through local companies and individual sponsors for their adoption fairs, special annual events and silent auctions. If you are a company or individual that is interested in giving an item to the shelter for a silent auction or doing a fundraiser, please email them for information.
