The video tells four different stories at the same time in four different frames on the video screen. Each story shows a different band member getting ready to perform at a concert. Lead vocalist Marcus Mumford travels on a motorcycle to the venue, Ben Lovett takes a nap inside a car before driving himself to the venue.
Winston Marshall goes sight-seeing before making his way to the venue, and Ted Dwane spent the day at the venue getting ready for the concert. The video ends with all four band members making their way into the greenroom before walking on stage to perform live in concert.
The song "Whispers In The Dark" is the third single from Mumford & Sons' Grammy winning album, "Babel". The album was released on Sept. 25, 2012 via Island Records and it reached No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart. Their previous music video for was "Lover of the Light" and it starred actor Idris Elba ("The Wire," "The Office").
