Well they really did it. Michael Muhney fans collected enough money to fly a banner
over CBS Studios in West Hollywood, where the series is shot.

The fan group who raised money via facebook raised over $785 for an aerial banner. The banner read : “#TEAMMUHNEY SUPPORTS MICHAEL MUHNEY” and ended with a heart.: Kristoff

Fan loyalty continues even with so many reports out there condemning Mr. Muhney.

In the same vein: Kristoff St John asked for help from the fired star to help out his former cast members, and the show, who have been taking a lot of abuse from outraged fans of the series because of Muhney’sfiring.!
St. John’s tweet to Muhney, “@michaelmuhney Please set the record straight, for those of us that have to take the abuse from the fans. It’s hard to watch and read. #Bro”

And Eric Braeden is coming clean about his shouting match with Muhney in an interview with! :

Eric on what went on between him and Muhney in their heated relationshipw on the show. Braeden mentions his respect for Muhney as an actor, but then: “Towards the end, Muhney and I did have our differences and had a shouting match, no question. During that shouting match, all kinds of things were said. I won’t go into detail about it. I don’t remember the specifics of who said what but what I do recall is that I was prompted to get into ‘fisticuffs’ with him because he wanted me off the show, if you want to know the truth. That is about as far as I will go. That is it. It was a campaign to get me off the show. It was Muhney who wanted to get me off the show and he expressed that to various people. He wanted me off the show because he wanted to be head honcho. In his words, I was the old lion and he was the young lion. He wanted to push aside the old lion. That was in his words to me, at the very end. I welcomed that guy, as I said. (I told him), ‘You are very good at what you do, keep your nose clean and stay out of everyone else’s business and just do your job.’

Braeden denies rumors that he told Hunter King (Summer) to go to TPTB at Y&R after her supposed incident with Muhney: “I hardly know the girl. I just don’t know people’s names until they have been here for 10 years. She is a sweet girl and a damn good actress. The notion that Hunter King came to me and was coaxed by me to go to the top is utter nonsense. The rumor mill is being fed with misinformation, by whoever.”

As the truth has still not come out from either Michael or Sony/CBS the story rages on and cast members come forward. This will not end until it does.

Young and the Restless can be seen weekdays on CBS at 12:30 p.m.
