"MU Online" is starting its eighth season which means lots of new content and lots of special online events. The Korean Webzen created MMORPG is a rich world that’s only getting bigger. If you haven’t already given the game a try now is a great time to check it out with all the special promo events going on.
Season 8 for the massive multiplayer game is chalk full of new content including a new area. Darkness Valley “Debenter” is the third area of Archeron and contains more difficult monsters to champion. New quests are also being added in the Arca War area. A cursed obelisk will appear in each area of the dark valley each day at 4:00 GST allowing players to hunt monsters and destroy the cursed obelisk. Jewel of Pandora allows users to mine for valuable resources. To top off the long list of new content being added to MU there will be a tournament held at the beginning of each month called Chaos Castle Survival of the Fittest. If you think you have what it takes prove your strength in Lorencia Market and earn your place in the Hall of Fame.
Aside from the new content MU will be hosting two special events for players. The first is a stamp event in which players can receive unique items simply for logging in and playing the game. Consistently log in and play MU in order to receive stamps. Every other day for two weeks in March you will receive in-games from a cute brown panda ring to a skeleton pet.
Webzen is also holding a celebration event that allows players to rack up EXP boosts and in game currency. For two weeks you can get a 200% EXP rate. In addition to the experience gain you can participate in an event for the new Jewels of Pandora feature. Mine 1,000 jewels and Webzen will bless your mad mining skills with a special gift.

Webzen is offering even more special prizes for players enjoying the season 8 upgrades. There will be an item giveaway from March 6-March 20. To receive a free item from Webzen just input a unique 16 digit code from the game. They’ve partnered with other websites to give players some cool new stuff.
