"Orange is the New Black" star and Emmy-nominated Laverne Cox will put away her jumpsuit to guest star on the upcoming season of MTV's popular scripted dramedy "Faking It." The series follows the lives of two high school girls pretending to be lesbians to gain popularity.

Cox will play Margot, the director of Hester High's drama club and a school alum. The character will be "demanding, intense, and full of herself," says Entertainment Weekly. So expect her auditions to be something like "The Hunger Games" arena. This is a huge departure from Cox's role as the friendly, laid-back Sophia Burset on "OITNB."

"Faking It" kicks off again on September 23rd.
