Mt. Rose is offering a $29 lift ticket to anyone holding a valid season pass at other resorts. The resort announced the deal in a press release yesterday, March 5th.

The ticket deal is offered online. The $29 lift ticket is real---ski Mt. Rose just like you had a full price ticket. Not only that, but "As an added bonus, that lift ticket may be applied to the purchase of a Mt. Rose Spring Pass which may be used for the remainder of this season and all of next year (2014-15.)"

All you have to do to take advantage of this deal is to present your valid season pass from another resort when redeeming your lift ticket.

Nothing lasts forever, and it's true of this offer. The offer to season pass holders from other resorts will end on Sunday, March 16th.

Mt. Rose claims title to what they call "Altitude really IS EVERYTHING". Their base elevation is 8,260 feet. Combine that with their northern and eastern exposure, and Mt. Rose reports that they have "...some of the best snow in Lake Tahoe, even on the warmest spring days."

Snow depth at the Rose? At the base, they have from 24 to 56 inches of snow. Head up the hill and you'll find between 99 and 133 inches of snow.

They are open top to bottom. One of the defining characteristics at Rose is what you get to see when you are at the top. Bring your camera. It's worth it. The views are quite simply awesome.
