Based on the Jay Ward classic cartoon some of us grew up watching, DreamWorks' “Mr. Peabody & Sherman” comes to theaters on March 7, 2014.
Mr. Peabody is the smartest person in the world. Although he’s a dog, he has his “pet,” Sherman who assists him with his needs. Mr. Peabody and Sherman use their WABAC machine to go time traveling and end up experiencing various events throughout history. Time travel is a tricky thing, however, and the WABAC time traveling machine normally gets the duo into trouble every time.
Released by 20th Century Fox, “Mr. Peabody & Sherman” should be plenty of laughs for young and old. At least if it follows the old cartoon, it should be entertaining, to say the least.
Cast:
Ty Burrell as Mr. Peabody (voice)
Max Charles as Sherman (voice)
Stephen Colbert as Paul Peterson
Allison Janney as Mrs. Grunion (voice
Ellie Kemper as Paul Peterson (voice)
Rob Minkoff will be helming “Mr. Peabody & Sherman.” Expect to see it in theaters on March 7, 2014.
