Mr. AZ himself, Jason Mraz, is set to take the stage at the Red Rock Casino Amphitheater on October 7, 2012 and he's bringing along a very popular friend for the ride: Miss Christina Perri!

Jason Mraz blasted upon the musical scene in 2002 with his album Waiting for My Rocket to Come (Curbside prophet baby!) The Remedy (I wont worry) was a smash hit, making him a favorite amongst all pop/alternative junkies. He has since released successful singles such as Curbside Prophet, I’m Yours and Lucky with Colbie Cailatt, in which I have playfully dubbed as Miss AZ or the female version of Jason Mraz in past articles. His newest album, Love is a Four Letter Word, boasts a new, slower, melodic and love-induced tone from Mraz with the lead single I Wont Give Up. You can learn more about this amazing artist by visiting his website, jasonmraz.com.

Christina Perri as an opening act? Wow! This is promising to be a night of music to remember! Christina’s success continues to grow, stemming from her initial release from her Lovestrong. LP, Jar of Hearts. Enjoying the success from the ever-popular single, she later released Arms and A Thousand Years, in which was featured in the popular Twilight Saga film Breaking Dawn. To learn more about her story and unsurpassed musical talent, you can visit her website at ChristinaPerri.com.

This concert featuring a pop icon and quickly soaring pop iconess (yes, I just made that word up!) is certain to be a musical night to remember! Tickets range from $39 to $65 and can be purchased through Red Rock Casino’s website or Ticketmaster. Get them while they are hot and available!
