Synopsis - Theo, a.k.a Turbo, is a garden snail who dreams of being the greatest racer in the world. His obsession with speed and all things fast makes him a outcast in his community. Due to a genetic altering accident, Turbo's DNA infuses nitrous oxide receives the power of incredible speed, accuracy and car mutative enhancements. Turbo cease the opportunity to achieve the impossible: race against the best in the Indianapolis 500.

I think that a snail is inherently an underdog. It's smashed, eaten by people, the butt of slow jokes around the world. It just seemed loaded with obstacles.
