FRISCO, TEXAS - MovementU, the critically acclaimed, full-day, interactive workshop for the body returns to Athlete's Performance - Fieldhouse USA in Frisco this Saturday, November 12.

Taught by professional endurance athlete and movement specialist, Jessi Stensland, MovementU is a unique seminar teaching athletes proven, science-based techniques to prepare the body for maximum, injury-free performance.

Alternating between hands-on, physical application and classroom lectures, Stensland teaches how to get the most out of training for and racing triathlons and endurance sports. All participants should be prepared to move and stretch as well as take notes throughout the seminar.
