Auditions by Appointment:  The show has four female roles and no male roles.  The score consists of 27 popular songs of the 50’s and 60’s performed in a pop music singing style. The show requires four strong female singers with excellent pitch, the ability to hold tight harmonies and to recreate the style of solo pop musical hit recordings of this era.  The casting is open to female singers from ages 18 to late 30’s.  Though the characters are teens, the actors cast will not necessarily be teens.  Four female singers who can plausibly play teenagers are sought with the necessary musical and comedic acting abilities.  Some singers will be asked to read from the script; prepared monologs are not needed.  Callbacks may be held Wednesday, February 1, 2012.
