If you are not aware of the largest motorcycle race and speed show in the northeast that takes place every February you might not be a moto head. That's OK, though, because if you are even just the slightest bit interested in racing you will not want to miss this weekends events. Heck you really don't even have to be all that interested in racing because Motorama has more than just racing.
Motorama is like an inside festival with all types of activities to participate in, food and drinks to keep you going all day and lots of entertainment to keep you excited. Entertainment like the Miss Motorama beauty pageant, live music on stage in the car show wing, robot wars, remote control car racing and BMX and street bike freestyle exhibitions. This is all on top of the popular arenacross races that go on in the large 8000 seat arena.
Tickets are $25.00 for Saturday and $20.00 for Sunday. That is if you are 13 or older. Anyone age 6 to 12 ticket prices are $10.00 both days and kids 1 to 5 get in free. In todays economy this is quite a bargain.
The Farm Show Complex is the only complex around this area large enough to host all these events in one weekend and it is all inside out of the weather. So that is a plus for any winter, especially this winter season.
This event is popular and it gets extremely crowded on Saturday. So be aware that the arenacross seating is first come, first serve and if you move your feet you loose your seat. There is no assigned seating with your ticket purchase so come early if you want a good seat.
There is AX racing all day long Saturday but the main events will not start until 7:30 pm after opening ceremonies which begin at 7:00 pm.
Sunday's racing starts much earlier and is never as crowded so I recommend going Sunday if you are only interested in the AX racing and can't swing attending both days. Just remember that main events start at 1:30 pm and the whole event is finished by 5:00 pm.

Yes there was but I believe you would have had to purchase them several weeks in advance directly through Motorama events.
