Disney founded an entertainment empire, including movie, theme parks and television. Following his death his company would successfully enter into cruise lines and radio businesses.

Disney’s visionary leadership spurred the creativity in his company’s cartons by rewarding every ideas with extra pay. He also is credited with developing "3D" cartoons by using multiple plates in the animation process.

Not everyone that is a visionary is such a great leader. Some become over burdened by perfectionism or by a desire to make their vision even greater and never get started on execution.

So how did Disney do it?

“The way to get started,” he said, “is to ______________.” (Select the answer from these choices).

  1. stop talking and begin doing.
  2. simply take the first step.
