'Motion Range' not 'High Effort' exercises melt away body fat

  Often engineers improve, fix and invent things by copying simple actions they see in nature. The engineers at bodybuildinginwater.com have been noting verifiable aspects of physical exercises for 11 years, including a few that expose a powerful fat melting aspect of exercise.

• Gross - If you stretch a fatty beef stake, the muscle tissue has excellent, almost amazing stretch characteristics. However the larger pieces of fat will resist being stretched by breaking loose and clumping up.    
 
• By looking at obese people, fatty areas are far more common around muscles that never apply full range motions.  
 
• Warm body fat up a few degrees it starts to melt.   
 
They have not seen an obese person with obviously obese arms, who also regularly applies deep wide range arm exertion, likewise it is very rare to find obese legs under obese bodies, that are on their feet for a few hours a day. 
 
This is not just observations, they have also watched tremendous fat reductions on virtually all obese people using only very gentle, wide-range, extremity-stabilized exercises, which are totally painless for them.
 
"We listen and watch very closely to learn, we don't want to harm anyone so we constantly look for problems.  So far the only problems morbidly obese people had using our methods happened after they at least tripled the maximum amounts we told them is safe for them. None of these people were able to do any stout traditional exercises."

Without the compression hindering the muscle effort we have developed massive exertion exercises for athletes, that allow around 8 times more muscle exertion then any modern bone loading exercise, and still have less joint and back compression then sitting still."
 
"Unlike bone loading exercises that only allow theses people with extra strong skeletons, to build extra strong muscles, these new compression free methods actually work better the more mobility hindered the person is, and most morbidly obese people are mobility hindered."
 
They demonstrate, "The exercises that are 8 times more effective for athletes can be 1000's of times more efficient for a morbidly obese person who is unable to do the traditional bone overloading methods of athletes."
 
However they are not yet announcing that they have discovered the perfect exercises for fat reduction because liquefying too much fat at once must increase the sticky (bad) LDL cholesterol moving through arteries. 
They have this analogy:
 
"It is like fat looks for muscles offering smooth rides, and full range muscle motion is more like a rocky off road vacation that forces the fat to move around." 
 
This LDL Cholesterol concern is outside their understanding, and they say they may have only been lucky so far.  "Reducing fat this easily through the blood stream needs to be realized by health professionals, so they can evaluate the dangers, and find safe levels."
