Established by the man regarded as America’s first botanist, John Bartram, this landscape is naturally and historically important. That it is located on the banks of the Schuylkill River only adds to the beauty of this 45 acre park. But to add some historic charm, the cruise accomplishes by offering the boat tour via a reproduction of a classic 1920s mini commuter yacht. Patriot Harbor Lines leave the Walnut Street Dock at noon and include a two hour stop at Bartram’s Garden. Mother's Day may be the first option for this cruise, it will be available on weekends through November.
