Update 5/29/14: It is with utmost sadness that I have just learned that Tyga has been killed. The following was shared:
Tyga is gone. heartbreaking. I had hoped you'd have a chance. you probably spent most of your 3 yrs breeding puppies.
Dumped her with your last puppy, who most likely got adopted. I had wished the same for you -- to have a great, loving home. somebody who would love you as much as you loved people.
On May 8, a 14-week-old pit bull mix puppy and her mother, arrived to the Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control facility in Baldwin Park, Calif.
Today, both dogs are still in need of a home. The animal control facility is not a safe place for this friendly pair...in fact, the volunteer who takes photos of dogs at this facility just updated the news of six pit bulls who were killed this earlier week - including two three-month-old puppies.
Being young, or friendly is not enough...
Please take a moment to network on behalf of these dogs - help them find their way out of the facility and into loving homes.
