A weak cold front will gradually move away from the area today. It will be cooler today across northeastern Ohio behind the front, and skies will remain mostly cloudy. Afternoon highs will reach the low to mid 60s.
It will be mostly cloudy tonight. Lows will be around 50 degrees.
Tuesday will be partly cloudy with highs in the low 70s.
Tuesday night, a developing storm system over the Plain States will move toward the Great Lakes. This system will drag a cold front toward Ohio Tuesday night. Clouds will increase Tuesday evening, with showers arriving overnight. Lows will be in the 50s.
On Wednesday, the cold front will cross the area, accompanied by scattered showers. It will be breezy with high temperatures in the mid 60s.
Wednesday night and Thursday, a cool upper trough will swing through the eastern Great Lakes. There will be considerable cloud cover, and the cool air aloft will promote the development scattered showers. Lows Wednesday night will be in the mid 40s with highs on Thursday in the mid 50s.
It will remain unsettled across the area Thursday night with scattered showers possible as another disturbance crosses the area. Temperatures Thursday night will fall to the low to mid 40s.
Lingering clouds and a few showers will persist Friday morning, then high pressure will build across the area bringing us some partial sunshine for the afternoon. It will remain cool with highs on Friday in the mid 50s.
Another cold front will cross the state on Saturday bringing another round of showers to the area and ushering in an even colder air mass for the second half of the weekend.
