Most watched music videos of 2012

I went on YouTube and Vevo to compile a list of the most watched music videos that were released in 2012. Carly Rae Jepsen's video for "Call Me Maybe" went viral this year, receiving 375 million views, but doesn't come close to the one billion views for "Gangham Style" by PSY. In its short 6 months on the site, "Gangham Style" was given the title of most watched video ever on YouTube. Two videos each from Justin Bieber and One Direction also made the list.
