Vladimir Franz is probably the most tattooed candidate that ever ran for president of any country in the world. The heavily tattooed man is on his quest to gather signatures in order to be the next president of the Czech Republic this year, the Huffington Post said on Jan. 9.
Vladimir Franz, 53, has a rather unusual appearance because of his many tattoos. His skin is literally blue. Just by looking at him, some would never imagine this man running for president. However, Franz is a legitimate presidential candidate, despite his appearance. He works as a drama professor at a very prestigious university that is located in Prague.
Furthermore, he graduated from law school and has a doctorate degree in the same field. Instead of pursuing a career as a lawyer, he focused his attention on art. Later on, he became a professor at the university, and is very popular with the younger crowd due to his involvement in cultural movements for the youth.
Although some analysts believe he really doesn't have a chance at becoming president, it will be interesting to see how it turns out. If Franz reaches 50,000 signatures, he will officially be a candidate for presidency.
