  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
  • Garlic – 1 glove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Cut avocados in half, remove peel and seed. Scoop the pulp of the avocado in a large bowl. Add in salt, cayenne, cumin and mash with a wooden spoon or potato masher.

Add in onions, cilantro and garlic and Then, fold in the onions, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic and 1 tbsp. of lime juice. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate, covered, for one hour.
