TMZ reports on March 11 that George Clooney is in Germany and was photographed having dinner with Matt Damon, John Goodman and Bill Murray. Clooney is shooting his new film “The Monuments Men,” but the absence of Stacy Keibler, who is not Germany, is adding fuel to the speculation that their split is real this time.
US Weekly reports that “George Clooney's bachelor status is here to stay” and that his relationship with Stacy Keibler is over. Citing their age difference as a problem, unidentified sources are claiming that Clooney is single again, and the rumors of the breakup are real. Neither Stacy Keibler nor George Clooney has confirmed the US Weekly stories.
The recent reports seem to indicate that George Clooney is back on the list of the world’s most eligible bachelors. However, he is facing some tough competition in this category. Town & Country has listed Prince Harry as the top bachelor around the world.
The list also includes Andrew Lauren, the 43-year-old son of designer Ralph Lauren who is a producer, and Ben Ainslie who is an Olympic gold medal winner.
Other lists include Maximilien de Hoop Cartier, a descendant of the famous Cartier jewelry family, who has started his own wine business in Argentina. Maximilien de Hoop Cartier is an entrepreneur and philanthropist along with being an avid art collector. The 46-year-old was born in Argentina, educated in Switzerland and has traveled around the world. His successful Patagonia brand beverages have become some of the most popular items in many countries.
If the George Clooney and Stacy Keibler breakup is real, then Clooney is joining a long list of eligible bachelors around the world. Considering he has vowed never to marry again, his single status would not surprise many people.
