Moshi Monsters signs book deal with Penguin Group

Mind Candy, publishers of Moshi Monsters, and Penguin Group, a well known publishing company, have partnered together to produce special Moshi Monsters books for kids, offering a new virtual world tie-in for young gamers.

Two books will be released in 2010, with another five scheduled for release in 2011.

The first book (untitled) will discuss the pets of Moshi Monsters known as Moshlings, and reveal more about their stories, quirks, and other special information that Moshi Monsters players will find valuable.

The book will also give players a special code to unlock a secret Moshling for their Monster.
