Lancaster has been selected to be part of CRIZ – City Revitalization & Improvement Zone – which a state law created last year. The zone is designed to encourage growth and revitalization and will consist of roughly 130 acres in the City. Essentially taxes that local businesses pay in to the state will come back to directly benefit this effort here in Lancaster. This also mean however a little more paperwork for area businesses and property owners in the CRIZ zone. The first reporting deadline is approaching. State and local forms are due on or before 15 June. For more information on CRIZ, visit http://cityoflancasterpa.com/business/criz.

The City is full of things to do and see and therefore the events above listed are by no means a comprehensive list. Subscribe to receive updates on events and happenings that keep Lancaster City Buzz-ing!
