‘Morgan Spurlock: Inside Man’ investigates UFO sightings, alien life forms

If watching Morgan Spurlock tangle with the paparazzi in Hollywood to reach for the stars was interesting to viewers, then his journey looking for creatures from other galaxies is going to be enticing. The CNN original series "Morgan Spurlock Inside Man" is investigating UFOs with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) on Sunday night. According to UFO Digest on Friday the man is so serious about this joins that he joins an active UFO investigation to work with others who believe in extraterrestrial life.

The idea of searching for UFOs might be a bit far-fetched, but Morgan Spurlock is willing to go where any alien might have been before. The viewers will get the chance to watch the star who wants to believe in UFOs and is looking for answers about different alien life forms. Spurlock interviews people who are part of the UFO world including a woman who claims she was abducted more than once.

The question most viewers will have is if Morgan Spurlock holds the idea of searching for aliens and UFOs with a fact based attitude or if he will buy into conspiracy theorists, fear mongering and other irrational aspects of the UFO community. Often the outcome of these types of program are slated in more questions than fact based answers about the universe. Plus, there usually is one or alien witnesses that offer up accounts of abductions that are often hard to believe.

As with any UFO and alien fact based show there are certainly skeptics surrounding the idea and that is why it is always interesting to hear alternate views. While Morgan Spurlock always probes interesting aspects of life with his cameras, this episode about an alien hunt sounds fun to watch. Or at least sit in front of the television to mock (depending on how far the viewer’s personal belief of aliens goes.)

“Morgan Spurlock: Inside Man” airs on CNN at 10 p.m. ET.
