Morgan Freeman Unlocks the Secrets of “The God Particle” Tonight

It seems as though scientists have finally unlocked one of the great mysteries of the universe, and tonight actor Morgan Freeman is going to take us where science fiction has always dreamed of going— Through The Wormhole.

Earlier today in Geneva, Switzerland Morgan Freeman presented world-renowned scientists Joe Incandela, Lyn Evans, and five of their esteemed colleagues the coveted Fundamental Physics Prize for their work researching the Higgs Boson otherwise known as the “God Particle.”

Tonight, Science Channel will debut a special presentation featuring these brilliant minds and their astounding research in THROUGH THE WORMHOLE: IS THERE A GOD PARTICLE? hosted by Morgan Freeman at 9PM ET/PT.

This newly revealed data underscores the unpredictable nature of the particle, finding an inconsistency with the Boson’s decomposition into photons. Evidence of the Higgs Boson is not yet completely conclusive, but scientific opinion continues to strongly favor the existence of the God Particle. This was originally predicted by Peter Higgs and others in the widely-accepted Standard Model issued in 1964.

THROUGH THE WORMHOLE: IS THERE A GOD PARTICLE? premieres tonight at 9PM ET/PT with an encore presentation on March 27 9PM ET/PT on Science Channel.
