Discussion

Spring-like temperatures will continue through this week as a warm and dry weather pattern remains across Texas. An upper level disturbance will move through the Southern Plains on Thursday and this will likely cause a cold front to move through the region on Thursday afternoon bringing a slight chance of rain. Behind the front, northerly flow will bring cooler temperatures this weekend. We could really use some rain as 2014 has started out quite dry across much of Texas. The long range computer models are indicating that March could be a pretty wet month for us. I really hope so!
