Taste of the Holidays – Friday and Saturday, December 6th and 7th at the Jackson Street Parking Lot in downtown Batavia, under the Holiday Tent; hours are 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday and noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday. Breakfast with Santa – Saturday, December 7th from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Conference and Event Center Niagara Falls, 101 Old Falls St. in Niagara Falls. The 4th annual event will feature a deluxe breakfast buffet, a reading of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, photo opportunities, crafts and more. Reservations are recommended – call 716-278-2100.
Santa on the Carrousel – Saturday, December 7th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum, 180 Thompson St. in North Tonawanda. Cost is $10 per person including lunch, $6 per person for after-lunch activities only – find out more here.
Ugly Sweaters in the Square – Saturday, December 7th from noon to 5 p.m. at Lafayette Square in downtown Buffalo. Live entertainment from Big Leg Emma and Strictly Hip, food and beverages available for purchase – afterparty at Bottoms Up. Cost is $5 – get tickets for the event here.
Roycroft Winter Arts and Crafts Show – Saturday and Sunday, December 7th and 8th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the East Aurora Main Street School, 430 Main St. Juried artisans, food and holiday music – admission is $1. Get more information here.
Yuletide in the Country – Saturday and Sunday, December 7th and 8th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hamburg Fairgrounds Event Center. Features more than 150 juried artisans for last-minute holiday shopping. Admission is $5 for adults, free for kids under 12 – find out more here.
Lewiston Christmas Walk and Home Tour – Saturday and Sunday, December 7th and 8th in the historic Village of Lewiston in Niagara County. Christmas Walk - welcome Santa, see the lighting of the Christmas Tree, check out the stores on Center St. and much more; Home Tour – features five “Christmas Cottages in the Country” plus the “Main House” on the Niagara Escarpment.
