Technically Friday will go down in the climatology report as having a high of 44 at 4pm at Philly International Airport AFTER snow in the early morning(0.7" with 0.21" of liquid....leading to a very heavy 3:1 snow ratio; there was sleet mixed in as well before a changeover to snow after Midnight). You can see the entire snowfall totals across the region from the National Weather Service in Mount Holly here:

And we're not done with snow yet.....

There's a clipper system that will push through late Saturday morning into Saturday afternoon; with temperatures just a couple of degrees above freezing. I feel that generally 1-3" of snow is possible with higher amounts the further west you go. Whatever falls will freeze overnight with lows in the lower 20s and Sunday's highs will flirt with the freezing mark with another weak clipper(luckily will be moisture-starved so we'll just have clouds) coming through in the afternoon.

And then we go on a warming trend thanks to a zonal flow(meaning cold air stays to the north and warm air stays to the south; we are pretty much in the middle). Highs on Monday will be in the lower 40s with increasing clouds from a cold front pushing through; it will be warm enough to just ensure rain and in fact, highs on Tuesday will be in the upper 40s.
