As if the top SC Republican endorsement wasn’t enough, Tuesday saw 3 more touted SC Senators come forward for Libertarian GOP Presidential Candidate, Ron Paul.
Conservative Senators, Lee Bright (R-Spartanburg), Sen. Kevin Bryant (R-Spartanburg), and Sen. Danny Verdin (R-Greenville), along with the highly regarded, leading SC State Senator, Tom Davis (R-Beaufort) endorsement on Sunday, collectively send a very big message to the people of South Carolina and the US by coming together and giving a combined endorsement that immediately propels the Ron Paul campaign into ‘serious contender’ status.
“We’re excited and grateful to have these endorsements, as it shows South Carolina is serious about cutting spending and getting our fiscal house in order,” said Ron Paul 2012 National Campaign Chairman Jesse Benton. “South Carolinians know that real change will not come from the status quo, but only come through a President Paul in office.”
Quickly approaching is Saturday’s, “First in the South” Primary in SC, sure to see a significant boost in votes for Ron Paul, thanks to the routine-shattering seals of approval given to the strict Libertarian, who was already seeing surging poll numbers since his surprisingly strong third and second place finishes in the Iowa and NH Primaries respectively.
Although very little has been said about the endorsements in the establishment’s media, these four highly regarded fiscal and social conservatives have given Mitt Romney and the other remaining GOP candidates all they can handle, potentially solidifying Ron Paul as the only other candidate in the race that can contend with Obama in Nov.
