Jewel Osco has just come out with a great plan to make better for you foods - simple. Nutrition IQ is a unique nutrition information program designed to help consumers make better-informed, better-for-you food choices right at the store shelf.
Since my husband and I have started weight watchers this last week, this is a wonderful addition to my shopping. How nice is it to have half of the guess work taken out for you when you buy your groceries.

The signs include (but are not limited to) low sodium, low calorie, whole grains, fat, and vitamins.
