"Person of Interest" will air a new episode on Channel 5 in Tempe on Thursday night. On Monday, Jan. 7, Spoilers Guide shared new photos released for the episode. Reese will still be in custody in this episode. The last episode almost saw him released, but he is still behind bars. Executive producer, Greg Plageman, spoke about Reese's situation and how it will impact those around him in an interview with Screen Spy. He revealed the following:
"Carter being enlisted by Special Agent Donnelly in pursuit of the man in the suit has been a running theme on our show. Donnelly is well aware of Carter’s history as an interrogator in Iraq and now that he has Reese in custody it’s going to be very interesting to see how Carter is enlisted in playing both sides of the fence. We want to show the audience that Donnelly is a very formidable character in his endeavor to take down Reese. We’re going to have a lot of fun with that."
This series has seen another jump in the ratings this season . According to Spoiler TV, 16.14 million tuned in to watch the last episode. Fans are buzzing about this series on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:
