"Once Upon a Time" season 2's last episode ended with Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin) declaring that she was going to kill Cora (Barbara Hershey), and some of the photos that ABC released on Monday, March 4, from episode 16, "The Miller's Daughter," preview the upcoming fight in Storybrooke between Cora and Regina (Lana Parrilla) and Mary Margaret, David (Josh Dallas), Emma (Jennifer Morrison), and Neal (Michael Raymond-James).
In this upcoming "Once Upon a Time" episode, flashbacks to the fairytale land that was will show a younger Cora (played by Rose McGowan) striking a deal with Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle)—and remember, magic comes with a price—after the king calls her bluff when she says she can turn straw into gold. Meanwhile, Cora finds herself one step closer to actually getting rid of Rumple and being able to take his place as The Dark One when she and Regina go after the dying Mr. Gold. However, Mary Margaret is going to find herself tempted by dark magic.
In addition to the photos from "The Miller's Daughter" showing the younger Cora with Rumple, which you can check out here, the rest of the promotional images can be found at the top of this article, and those offer a look at what's going on in the present in Storybrooke. The two sides face off in Mr. Gold's shop, and yes, Neal is joining the fight. Plus, Emma's holding Regina hostage. It's a must-see episode.
"Once Upon a Time" season 2 airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on ABC. How do you think the fight in Storybrooke will end?
