Obama has broken the law once again by extending the employer mandate for Obamacare until 2016.
The hypocrisy of Obama's latest extension is unbelievable. Democrats are so desperate to hold onto power that they keep delaying some of the worst effects of the health care takeover and unionization scheme.
We've been seeing more special favors for the political elite and their donors, while the rest of us have to suffer under Obamacare. This is unjust, unaffordable and illegal. Just look at how many times Obama has changed this law on his own, without any input from Congress. Find out more about how Obama is being unfair to the American people by clicking here.
First Obama started granting waivers to big corporations so they wouldn't have to comply with the mandates. Then, as Glenn Beck reported last fall, Obama held a series of secret meetings with the House and Senate leaders – John Boehner, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Mitch McConnell – and carved out a special exemption for Members of Congress and their staffers. It seems like everyone is getting an exemption from Obamacare these days, everyone except American taxpayers like you and me.
Senators and Representatives now claim that they're not exempt from Obamacare, because they had to sign up on the exchanges. However under this deal that they struck with Obama, American taxpayers now pay 75-percent of the health insurance premiums for every Member of Congress and many of their staffers.
Obama has also pushed the Obamacare deadlines back again for mid-sized employers. Keep in mind that this was explicitly illegal under the rules established by Obamacare (not that this has ever stopped Obama from thumbing his nose at America before). Stop Obama from repeatedly breaking the laws by visiting this link.
Until a full repeal happens, we must continue to call out Congress for their hypocrisy and their own exemption, which you and I currently don't have. If Obamacare is too painful for the Members of Congress to endure with their bloated salaries, then it's only fair that you should have an exemption too.
