A few more screenshots have been revealed by Square Enix in regards to their upcoming multiplatform title, “Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.” According to a report by 4Gamer on Jan. 28, the latest images take another look at the mysterious Lumina character, which looks eerily similar to Sarah, the sister of Lightning and one of the two main protagonists in “Final Fantasy XIII-2.” Some battle and exploration sequences from the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 video game are also featured. As the title suggested, “Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII” will mark the return of Lightning as the prominent playable character. The sequel to “Final Fantasy XIII” and the aforementioned “Final Fantasy XIII-2” is currently being developed by Square Enix 1st Production Department and will be published by Square Enix.
