It's the "gif" that keeps on giving.
Despite a massive legal threat from the Barristers at Buckingham Palace, more uncensored Kate Middleton topless photos are hitting the web, part of the allegedly 200 pics snapped by paparazzi as the Royal Couple relaxed at a French villa in the blissfully ignorant days before "Boobygate" exploded across the World Wide Web.
Anyone who hasn't been sleeping it off since Friday is aware that the French print magazine Closer published a dozen, grainy, telephoto shots of the Duchess of Cambridge nude sunbathing with Prince William at a supposedly private French villa in early September.
By Friday morning those photos had been scanned up to the web by the online men's magazine Egotastic, thumbing their noses at the UK tabs who howled about privacy, but really seemed to be miffed they'd been scooped.
Over the weekend a stampede of indignation clouded the story with blustering lawyers threatening doomsday for any other press organization even thinking about posting more of the hundreds of photos snapped at the same time.
And, it seemed to work.
But, Manic Mondays being what they are (and murky international laws providing plenty of cover fire) Italian swag mag Chi has published 6 more of the photos, some showing even more skin than the originals, if that's possible.
It's obvious from the new entries that the originals were the best of the bunch, proving, if nothing else, that print editors still have an eye for quality. But it's probably a done deal that all of the Kate Middleton topless photos will make their way on to the web.
After all, tomorrow is another day.
What do you think? Are these photos offensive? Can Kate Middleton be blamed for assuming she has any privacy outside closed walls?
