More John Lennons' in the world? According to the Huffington Post, three men with the same name as the Beatles legend, John Lennon got arrested and a fourth one was found dead. This all happened within weeks of each other.
December 19th: Belo Horizonte police arrested John Lennon Camargos Gomes, age 22, who is a convicted drug trafficker and is accused of not only 5 murders but also 2 attempted murders.
January 8th: John Lennon Fonseca Ferreira, also age 22 was caught and arrested for attempting an alleged robbery.
January 9th: John Lennon Sebastiao da Silva’s body was found in his own vehicle presumably a victim of revenge.
Last Friday: John Lennon Ribeiro Siqueira was caught and busted for allegedly robbing a lottery shop.
Police think the reason for so many John Lennon’s in Brazil and around the same age is because of the craze from the British band “The Beatles” which made for a bunch of newborns being named after The Beatles legend, John Lennon, who was murdered in 1980. Now the little rock stars are all grown up and causing trouble in Brazil. That is, of course, the John Lennon that was found dead.
