More and more jobs are coming to South Florida. Some of the jobs are being created and others are coming from relocations.

For example, Prolexic Technologies moved from Hallandale Beach to Fort Lauderdale creating 118 jobs and retaining 120 jobs. Stemtech International, a producer of nutritional supplements is moving from San Clemente, California to Pembroke Pines and creating 90 jobs. People's Trust Insurance Company created 200 jobs and retained 300 jobs at Florida Atlantic University's Research Park, according to an article by Marcia Heroux Pounds in the May 24 Sun Sentinel.

"This is good news for everyone who lives in South Florida. More jobs mean more money for people like me," said Brandy Hollingsworth, who works in the restaurant industry.

"I hope more companies hire more people. When companies hire more people that means more people can do well," said Anthony White.
