In Broward County, the more recent online job advertisements were up 22 percent to 21,770 jobs during December 2012, according to the state and The Conference Board. These figures were up 80 percent over four years ago when labor demand hit bottom in January 2009. Online job postings in Broward have increase by 9,675 since 2009, according to an article by Marcia Heroux Pounds in the January 15 Sun Sentinel.
