More Info on Roundup and the coming Armageddon

Glyphosate, the world's leading weed-killer, is found in more than 30 percent of all herbicides. Crops that have been genetically altered to grow where Roundup is used are actually turning yellow and dying. Even crops planted in a field where Roundup was used the previous year, but not the current season, are experiencing Sudden Death Syndrome.

Jeffrey Smith, a genetic material expert, says that glyphosate(Roundup) "cooks up a unique perfect storm of conditions that rev up disease-causing organisms in the soil, and at the same time wipes out plant defences against those diseases."

Roundup causes the following problems for plants:

  • Pulls vital nutrients from plants
  • Destroys beneficial soil organisms that suppress disease-causing organisms
  • Interferes with photosynthesis - reduces efficient use of water, shortens root systems, plants release sugar that changes the pH of the soil
  • Stunts and weakens the plants
  • Promotes disease-causing organisms in the soil

Roundup is causing potential catastrophic plant diseases that could threaten future crops and the food chain that depends upon these plants, including humans. This dangerous chemical is being used in Africa, China, India, and virtually every country on the planet. A food shortage is always one season away from happening all over the world.

One of the fungi that Roundup promotes is the Fusarium fungus that has been linked to plagues, cancer, infertility, and animal diseases. Residues have been linked to cell damage and even death. Research shows that the herbicide causes membrane and DNA damage and inhibits cell respiration.

Mr. Smith says, "If we combine the more than 135 million pounds of glyphosate-based herbicides applied in the US in 2010 with total applications over the past 30 years, we may have already eliminated millions of pounds of nutrients from our food supply."

Do not use Round-up or any other herbicide to kill weeds in your yard, garden, or fields. Read the label before you buy. If glyphosate is an ingredient, do not purchase the herbicide. For any weed problem that is minor, boil water and pour it on the plant. If you have a wide-spread weed problem, treat the field, flower or vegetable garden with apple-cider vinegar undiluted, or with rock salt. Do not plant the area this season. Both the vinegar and salt are non-toxic. Before planting the next season, if you use the salt, remove the salt by scooping it up with a tractor or turn the earth a little deeper and till the soil well.
