More gluten-free pop-ups are popping up

Zenbelly Catering of San Francisco is featuring another round of paleo/gluten-free pop-ups in February. You can enjoy some of Chef Simone Shifnadel's farm-to-table food on February 15 and 16, Friday and Saturday, at 7pm. These pop-ups will take place at The Coffee Bar which is located at 1890 Bryant Street in San Francisco.

Here is the 6-course tasting menu available on both nights:

cauliflower soup | lime zest & pine nuts

roasted beet, fennel, blood orange salad

wild shrimp ceviche | avocado mousse | plantain chips

Fallon Hills 5 spice crispy pork belly | winter greens

Fallon Hills garlic & herb crusted lamb loin | root vegetable puree

chocolate cake | coconut whipped cream | candied bacon dust

Chef Simone specializes in "approachable gourmet, where rustic meets refined." It looks like that is a good way to describe the menu.
