More from Quincy’s Alfredo’s Italian Foods

Alfredo’s brand pumpkin ravioli, seen at Whole Foods Charles River Plaza was a must get for Boston Easy Meals Examiner. Near it, in the freezer was Alfredo’s brand Alfredo sauce for an easy, satisfying meal.

INGREDIENTS:

1 package Alfredo’s pumpkin ravioli (1lb)
1 container Alfredo’s Alfredo sauce (8 oz.)

METHOD:

Prepare as directed.

Ravioli: Empty contents of package into 4 quarts of salted boiling water. Boil for 5 – 8 minutes. Drain and serve with your favorite Alfredo’s brand sauce.

Sauce: Heat and serve

Optional: Garnish with fresh basil. East Whatley based Happy Valley Organics' shown here.

Serves 3

NOTES:

The sauce is in a plastic container which says to keep frozen. Boston Easy Meals Examiner avoids heating foods in plastic containers in the microwave; but did put the container in the microwave for 1 minute to loosen it up. Afterwards, it was warmed up in a saucepan for about 5 – 10 minutes. Once the sauce was heated, the cooked ravioli was transferred into it. Once combined, the ravioli and sauce were served from the saucepan. Very easy!
