More fraud and conspiracy theories from anti-Obama birthers

Orly Taitz, Queen of the Birthers

A blog calling itself "Anti-Mullah" has revealed an essential truth to the world: President Obama is not going to indoctrinate children into socialism when he goes to give his "stay in school and work hard" speech to schoolchildren on Tuesday. Stop scratching your heads - here's the punch line: Obama has a much more nefarious scheme in mind. He is giving his speech on that particular Tuesday at 8 o'clock in the morning to distract from yet another Orly Taitz lawsuit due for a hearing on, you guessed it, Tuesday at 8 o'clock in the morning:

"Oba-Hussein well knows that most of the nation's schools start on September 9th, so making his message to schools when most are not yet starting CLEARLY shows he is trying to suck the oxygen out of the news cycle with this high-sounding but fraudulent pep talk to empty schools and try to bury the ELIGIBILITY story."

"Oba-Hussein," if you're curious, is one of the more racist ways of referring to the current President of the United States; it emphasizes his middle name in order to associate him with people whose different ethnicities make them less than "real" Americans. "Anti-Mullah" is certainly not the first racist and ethnocentrist to identify with the birther movement; indeed, many believe that the motivation behind these constant frauds is a fear of the coming of a more multicultural society, one in which, say, a black man could become President.

Orly Taitz, you'll recall, is the California-based dentist who immigrated from a former Soviet Bloc state and got a law degree from an online, unaccredited college. (Fun fact: she's not a member of the National Bar and can only practice law in California.) She's come to be known as the Queen of the Birthers, the most enthusiastic member of that group of the mentally questionable who believe that the President is secretly a Kenyan Manchurian candidate ineligible for the office he currently holds. It's not certain which event gained her more recognition, the release of the first fraudulent birth certificate she offered to prove that Barack Obama was born in Kenya, or her embarrassing meltdown in an MSNBC interview at the beginning of this August.

Enough wind-up - on to the main event: Orly Taitz has found another birth certificate that's totally for real this time. Take a look at the document that will bring down America's President:

It's true that this "birth certificate" suffers from far fewer factual errors than its predecessor, which can be viewed here. That document featured a "registration number" that was simply a combination of Obama's age, his initial O, and his chronological rank among the Presidents and was signed by a person apparently named after a brand of laundry detergent.

Some of the flaws from Fraud #1 made their way into Fraud #2, though, the most obvious of which being that Kenya was definitely not a British protectorate at Obama's time of birth, but rather a part of Zanzibar. Fraud #2 again makes the mistake of listing Obama's place of birth as Mombasa, while his father's family would have been located closer to Nairobi. Salon.com's Alex Koppelman notes that Mombasa is part of a more Muslim area of the country, possibly motivating the decision to place Obama's fraudulent birth there.

It's refreshing, in a way, to encounter a conspiracy theory about President Obama's pro-education speech that doesn't have anything to do with Nazi indoctrination. Orly Taitz and her band of birthers are still laboring away with great tenacity, committed to their revisionist history and law, committed forever to their conspiracy theory. As I've noted before, when a person adopts a conspiracy theory, that theory is held as the ultimate truth; all other reality shifts to suit it. This is why Taitz's head doesn't explode when she claims that a natural-born citizen is one who has two American citizen parents, in spite of the fact that their justification is a Swiss book from 1758 called the "Law of Nations," which is in no way related to American law. This is why nobody blushes with recognition as they declare that the State of Hawaii had a special form of birth certificate in the 1960's for people who didn't feel like providing evidence to validate their registration, a certificate that was accepted as true based on a single statement from a single person, a certificate whose type was never audited or phased out in the 50 years it's taken to get to the present.

The "Anti-Mullah" is going to be disappointed. Orly Taitz has not had a single success in her crusade against the President, and the state of California has already filed a motion to dismiss in this case. If Judge Carter is as "even-handed" as this xenophobe says, the case will die a quick and unremarkable death like all frivolous lawsuits do. The case's dismissal will not dissuade a single birther, though; to paraphrase PZ Myers, you can't reason a person out of a position he didn't reason himself into.

So,--- you believe that BHO Jr. can be A Natural Born American Citizen even though his father was never an American Citizen, & His father was a Kenyan and therefore a British Citizen under the British Nationality Act of 1948, which caused the baby Obama to be born a British Citizen at the moment of birth no matter where that birth took place. You see father being a Brit and never an American fell under the laws of England. Whether or not his mother could grant her new born American Citizenship, his father surely caused his new born son to be born a Brit. Are you saying a person born a British Citizen, like Tony Blair, can grow up the be a POTUS? Dual Citizens can't be Natural Born. Natural Born is born of Blood & Soil. That means the "Blood" of parents (that's with a "s" designating both parents) who are American Citizens at the time of ones birth and that birth on American "Soil". Read John Jay's letter to George Washington. See why they added this Natural Born requirement for POTUS.

Why do you call those who are weary of "blindly believing", BIRTHERS"? Since we the weary base our agruements on the U.S. Constitution, why not call us the "CONSTITUTIONALISTS"?

  • Alexa (author) 2 years ago

Funny how the moment I point out that birthers have to make up history and laws to defend their claims, they furiously defend their claims by making up history and laws.

  • Dualer 2 years ago

First of all I'm not a birther, but a dualer and the usurper in chief is NOT above the Constitution as you BELIEVERS like to wish. Thank God the Nation is waking up and one radical communist is GONE...NEXT!

Ms. Alexa Dobson, you're probably too young to know this...but the truth always does come out...it may take some time but it will.

Both of George Washington's parents were British citizens. So were John Jay's. [And the Adamses, and Jefferson, and Madison, etc.] What do you do about that, oh Constitutional Scholar par excellence?

Obama is a cult worldwide, the Antichrist has put everyone under his spell. He threatens us with the nukes of USA.
The FBI must arrest Obama, try and send him to Death Row.
He did High Treason. Revealing Obama is the Revelation and Apocalypse. The End of Times and he's the Antichrist because the Marks of the Beast were drawn in the Illinois Lottery numbers, on election day. A long, detailed explanation at U Tube page SakyaNgor
Go to Orly Taitz' court hearing in Santa Ana, Calif. on 9/8 8 AM. Yell !

    A few problems with this latest forgery;
    1. dates are american format not british
    2. location of hospital is wrong for the time frame, it would have been Zanzabar
    3. Name format is wrong
    4. seal is not even correct format let alone the correct information

Now as for the constatutions requirement of "natural born citizen, the law has never completely and clearly indicated the requirements for such a determination. Legal president holds that if any parent is a legal US citizen then the child is, regardless of age.

  • DCBikerJohn 2 years ago

SCOTUS in Minor v Happerset said that children born in the US to parents who are also citizens are natural born citizens. Perhaps others are natural born citizens, too. But without a SCOTUS opinion or a constitution amendment clarifying the intent of the term, we are all speculating.

Keep your birth certificates, Orly. Focus on what the Constitution intends by natural born citizen. There is much evidence that natural born citizen requires two US citizen parents at the time of birth. There is little (if any) evidence to the contrary.

In fact, 18 signers of the Constitution also signed the Naturalization Act of 1790 which, among other things, deemed children born abroad to US citizens were also natural born citizens. This act was repealed in 1795. Since then, and aside from the Minor v Happerset opinion, no other statute or SCOTUS opinion defines natural born citizen.

I get a big kick out of the libs and their race baiting.
The issue is whether or not this President has met the qualifications under Art. II Sec. 1 of the Constitution, not the color of his butt.
John McCain, who was born overseas on a U.S. military base, which is considered U.S. soil, as are our embassies and consultates, underwhent a full Senate hearing to determine his qualification re ART II, Sec. 1.
Pres. Obmam will not even let us see his school records, much less a birth certificate that would end the argument.
Those of us who swore an oath to defend the Constitution understand the graivity of what is at stake.
Only a lib would make light of the issue.
The Constitution is the supreme law, not Obama. He mets its criterion, not the other way around.

In what universe is calling the President "Oba-Hussein" NOT racist? And in what universe are you entitled to see the President's, or any person's, private records?

  • Jaeda 2 years ago

And even if Obama released this "long-form" certificate, which he wouldn't because 1. he's not obligated to (the "short form" is sufficient) and 2. the state of Hawaii doesn't release the "long form" to people who request a copy of their birth certificate... EVEN IF he did, you know perfectly well that a bunch of armchair forensic specialists would immediately call it a fake. They have already made up their minds, so there is no reason to indulge them.

  • Smithers 2 years ago

old1, the massive flaw in your logic is that nobody would ever become a U.S. citizen. That is to say, if Obama, though born here, is nevertheless a British citizen then so is Bush Jr. And so is every American in fact. Because if only a citizen can father a citizen, none of our forebearers ever become citizens. Even those who can trace their line back to the Mayflower aren't citizens by your idiotic logic.

I watched the History channel over the weekend. About Armageddon. It seems birthers think that Obama is the Antichrist. but I don't understand why they are bothered, since they will supposedly be called to heaven (the rapture) before things start getting really bad. God, can you please hurry up? They are unbelievably annoying!

Exactly which hospital in Hawaii was little Bary born in? How can somebody who was born a British citizen subject to British legal jurisdiction be at the same time a "natural born American citizen?" Being born on U.S. soil only makes one a "native born American." A "natural born American" is one born to two American citizens free of any foreign nation's jurisdiction! If that man is a "natural born American citizen" then my name is Harry Houdini.

"Liberals are not very good at checking facts. Is it because they are lazy or willful prevaricators? Ill cut them some slack here. I believe that liberals tend to get things wrong so often because they come to believe so much in their preconceived notions that they never question the actual facts behind what they say. Why bother to look something up if it feels right and you just know that its so? That's not lying; its just that liberal elitism at work".

The above is pure idiocy. In a nation of immigrants, how does anyone ever become a citizen then? Only Native Americans could be American citizens. But perhaps even that's incorrect technically, since they too immigrated from Asia.

Greeting everyone; especially you pioneers who know that to be or not to be (a lover of learning) is essential: a choice each individual is able to deny yes: a constant theme found at the core of strategic achievers of significance possessing intellection? You decide; dismissal under cover of free will to decide, is your decision of record: "This boy is ignorance, this girl is want; beware them both, but most of all beware this boy..."
Fraud is unsupportable abomination in the first degree:
ex dolo malo 'From harmful deceit'; dolus malus is the Latin legal term for 'fraud'. The full legal phrase is ex dolo malo non oritur actio ('an action does not arise from fraud'). When an action has its origin in fraud or deceit, it cannot be supported; thus, a court of law will not assist a man who bases his course of action on an immoral or illegal act.

Technically, your brother can run for president. Both parents can be foreign born non-citizens on a two week vacation. They don't even have to be green card holders. As long as your brother was born on American soil he has the same rights and priviliges as any other American citizen. That's why pregnant women come here for the sole purpose of giving birth on American soil. They give birth, recuperate for a short time and then go back to their native countries with their American babies. And I don't mean illegals either. I mean people who spend thousands of dollars to do it the legal way.
