A few more details may have been revealed in regards to the release date of the upcoming Playstation 3 exclusive video game, “Final Fantasy Versus XIII.” According to a report by Gaming Bolt on March 11, a supposed insider claimed that Square Enix has already started partnering with distributors and retailers to promote the “Final Fantasy XIII” spin-off title. Regarding an official announcement, nothing is planned just yet but we are already ramping up partnerships with distributors/retailers.
The same insider also claimed that “Final Fantasy Versus XIII” will be released in the fourth quarter of 2013 or early 2014.
“Final Fantasy Versus XIII” was first announced in 2006 during the Electronic Entertainment Expo event. The role-playing game has been stuck in the development process for years over at the Square Enix 1st Production Department studio. Square Enix has not yet officially announce a release date.
