M&T Third Friday and Party on the Portico – Friday, June 20th at the Buffalo History Museum, One Museum Ct. in Buffalo. On the third Friday of every month, admission to the Buffalo History Museum, Resource Center, and select events are free for everyone. Once a month during the summer, the Museum hosts happy hour on the portico and steps, featuring music, snacks, cash bar and tours; cost for this 21-and-over event, scheduled from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., is $5 for Museum members, $10 for non-members. Star Lights – Saturday, June 21st from 8 to 11 p.m. at the Buffalo Museum of Science, 1020 Humboldt Pkwy. in Buffalo. The Museum’s annual fundraiser focuses on astronomy-related activities in addition to food and wine samplings; this year, visitors will also have the opportunity to check out the Mummies of the World exhibit.
