Moss was arrested Tuesday after he returned to the scene of the crime on a 48 hour hold pending the results of the investigation.

Police were dispatched to the residence just before 11 a.m. Tuesday morning when neighbors called 911 to report multiple gunshots in the area. Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered one victim sitting on the side of the road with her head wrapped in a bandage and awaiting their arrival.

She also suffered non life threatening injuries as a passing bullet grazed her head. The woman refused any medical treatment. She was able to talk with investigators regarding the incident as well as the suspect.

On Wednesday evening, Moss was formally charged with two felony counts of aggravated assault.
