The Harris family is clearly going through a lot these days. Two weeks after Captain Phil Harris of "Deadliest Catch" passed away after suffering from a stroke, his son Jake has been arrested for driving under the influence.
The incident occurred in Seattle, Washington, where Harris "bumped" into another car and then attempted to flee the scene. Bail was set for $1,200.
Prior to the initial tragedy, "Deadliest Catch" was one of the Discovery Channel's more popular shows. While some viewers were turned off by the ruthless nature of the fishing industry in the Bering Sea, other fans were captivated by the sense of adventure and even the close family ties.

I think "the best thing for the Harris family right now" would be........leaving them alone to grieve the way they need to.
i personally think that Jake really needs to get his act together and grow up!!!!!!
Josh is great. All through the tragedy with his dad, he was there for him...
Encouraged him and loved him...
Jake, on the other hand, was getting stoned trying to smoke away his problems....
So i honestly believe that, they both need to Fish. and try to stay clean....
