Sometimes, the siblings of celebrities are more fascinating to watch than the celebrities themselves. Why? They're often young, ambitious, and desperate for attention after seeing someone else in their family stuck in the spotlight. For nine-year old Noah Cyrus, this definitely seems to be the case.
In a new video, young Noah does a goofy dance routine to Ke$ha's hit song "Tik Tok." Of course, this would all be well and good were it not for the fact that the song is basically about getting drunk and dealing with some overly-aggressive men.
We have to acknowledge that there are only two reasons we are even talking about this: she's Miley's sister and it's on Youtube. Kids sing and dance to adult-oriented songs all of the time in the privacy of their own homes; this may or may not make it right but it is a fact nonetheless. The issue here with Noah is that she is more or less being given the resources to do these sorts of things publicly. We saw it last month as (with Miley's encouragement) she did a dance to Akon's "Smack That."
So what do you think about the whole ordeal: should the "Hannah Montana" star get more involved in protecting her sister, or is this all in good fun? Let me know your thoughts with a comment below.
