Fabulous Feast – Saturday, April 5th from 6 to 10:30 p.m. at the Connecticut Street Armory. The 20th annual fundraiser for Shakespeare in Delaware Park features a five-course dinner, entertainment and auctions. Tickets are $80 per person for Shakespeare in Delaware Park members and $100 per person for non-members, $150 and $180 per couple. Get more information at

First Sundays at the Hotel Lafayette –Sunday, April 6th at 11 a.m., noon 1 and 2 p.m. at the Hotel Lafayette, 391 Washington St. in downtown Buffalo. 55-minute guided tours of the hotel discuss hotel history and renovations. Tours are $10; breakfast and tour package is $25 – find out more at

Shoes for the Shelter 5K – Sunday, April 6th at 10 a.m. at the Canisius College Patrick Lee Center, near the Koessler Athletic Center in downtown Buffalo. Runners are encouraged to turn in a pair of sneakers or shoes for the St. Vincent de Paul shelter on race day – find out more about the race and register at
