People looking for work in Broward County are in luck.

Nearly half of Broward County top executives say their corporations will hire more full-time employees in the next 18 months, according to Mike Moore, a director of profit and performance improvement at Kaufman Rossin and Company, a CPA firm that conducted a survey on hiring for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, contained in an article by Marcia Heroux Pounds in the May 22 Sun Sentinel.

"This is good news. I am always glad to here that more companies are hiring more people because it means more work for me," said Randy Kaufman, a waiter.

"Hopefully this means more jobs will be opening up. I am looking to move up," said Allison Torres.
