Moose Peterson has spent his life capturing the life history of North American endangered wildlife and wild places with his photography. Moose’s passion has been recognized with awards and titles such as A Nikon Legend Behind the Lens, Lexar Elite Photographer, the John Muir Conservation Award, and Research Associate with the Endangered Species Recovery Program. In addition, Moose has had his works of writings published in over 130 magazines and has authored 23 books.
Moose Peterson ‘s goal is to teach the needed biological and technological skills to photographers so they, in turn, may also aid in the increased knowledge of the general masses of public to the existence and beauty of our wild heritage. A more recent passion and endeavor of Moose Peterson is aviation photography.
On March 10, 2012, Moose Peterson will share his passion, photography and tips with Milwaukee photographers. The Wisconsin Area Camera Club Organization is sponsoring a Photography Seminar with Moose Peterson. The seminar will be held at the Midway Hotel Brookfield between 9 am and 4 pm. Pre-registration is required as there is a limited amount of space for attendees.
